For our Kafi Luz we use 100% Swiss fruit from the high trunk.
Kafi Luz is a traditional drink, typical of Central Switzerland. The fruit brandy (also called Bätzi) together with a light filter coffee and a sugar cube in a glass, this is how we enjoy our Kafi Luz according to traditional tradition.
It goes well with a good piece of cheese, a gingerbread or some smoked Mülischinken. "En Guete".
