SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These general terms and conditions govern the legal relationship between Gunzwiler Destillate Urs Hecht AG, 6222 Gunzwil, Switzerland and its customers within the context of all contracts concluded between these parties. Any provisions set out by the customer which conflict with these general terms and conditions are hereby expressly excluded.
PRODUCTS FOR SALE
The products being sold by Gunzwiler Destillate Urs Hecht AG are shown in a non-binding capacity on the website accessible at www.gunzwiler-destillate.ch and www.urshecht.ch. The prices, product range and technical specifications are subject to change. The products are deemed to be for sale while they are still being shown on the website and while stocks last. Product information, such as ingredient details and photos, is used primarily for illustrative purposes and is not binding.
CONTRACT CONCLUSION
By placing an order on the website accessible at www.gunzwiler-destillate.ch and www.urshecht.ch and thereby accepting these general terms and conditions, the buyer submits a legally binding offer to conclude a contract. The contract is deemed to have been concluded when the buyer has received an order confirmation email from Gunzwiler Destillate Urs Hecht AG. The customer cannot cancel or amend an order once it has been confirmed.
DELIVERY RADIUS AND CONDITIONS
Gunzwiler Destillate Urs Hecht AG only delivers within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Orders are delivered directly to the person and address specified by the customer.
The risk is transferred to the buyer once the products have been dispatched. Information on stock availability and turnaround times is only binding if it has been confirmed in writing by the seller. If products are in stock, they will usually be delivered within five working days. If orders cannot be fulfilled in exceptional circumstances, the customer will be informed immediately and any payments that have already been made will be refunded.
PRICES AND DELIVERY COSTS
All prices are given in Swiss francs (CHF) net including VAT. Prices and terms and conditions published on the website are subject to change, with the day on which the order was placed being taken as the point of reference. The customer must pay the delivery costs (postage and packaging) as follows:

- Order value up to CHF 150.00 CHF 16.00
- Order value up to CHF 250.00 CHF 19.00
- Order value up to CHF 350.00 CHF 21.00
- Order value above CHF 350.00 Free delivery
PAYMENT
We accept the following payment methods:
- Advance payment by credit card/TWINT
- Advance payment by online transfer
The delivered products shall remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received. Unjustified deductions shall be charged subsequently. If the customer is in default of payment of the purchase price, the seller is entitled to take possession of the products. (Notice of withdrawal)
RETURNS/LIABILITY
The buyer must notify us of any obvious defects within five days of receiving their delivery by sending an email to info@gunzwiler-destillate.ch. Any hidden defects must be reported by email as soon as possible and at the latest within five days of being discovered. If the buyer does not report the defects within the relevant time frame, guarantee claims will not be accepted. Defective products need to be returned along with a copy of the invoice and a detailed description of the defect. The buyer must cover the costs of sending defective products back to the seller. If a guarantee claim is being made, the seller shall decide if a discount, replacement or refund is to be offered. Guarantee claims cannot be made for damage for which the buyer is fully responsible, e.g. damage caused by improper handling, incorrect storage and other external factors for which the seller is not responsible. If the customer has ordered products by mistake, returns shall not be accepted and refunds shall not be offered.
SALE OF ALCOHOLIC DRINKS TO MINORS
People under the age of 18 are not permitted to purchase alcohol from the Gunzwiler Destillate Urs Hecht AG Online Shop. By placing their order, the buyer confirms that they are at least 18 years old, thereby confirming that they are complying with these provisions and upholding the law.
CHANGES AND ADDITIONS
Gunzwiler Destillate Urs Hecht AG reserves the right to adapt these general terms and conditions to the current circumstances at any time with immediate effect.
DATA PROTECTION
Customers’ personal data will be treated as confidential and never shared with third parties or used by third parties for promotional purposes.
APPLICABLE LAW/PLACE OF JURISDICTION
In the case of disputes, substantive Swiss law shall exclusively apply. The place of jurisdiction is Gunzwil/Beromünster in Switzerland.
