URS HECHT Apricot Schnapps

Urs Hecht sources his delicious apricots for this schnapps from Lower Valais, where they are picked carefully by hand from trees that are 20 to 45 years old between the middle and end of July. The fruits are transferred with just as much care to small containers and transported to Gunzwil within two days of being picked. As with all the schnapps in this special URS HECHT range, this exquisite flavour is bottled up after five years. Try pairing it with a fruity dessert on a summer’s day.
