Vieille Apricot
We source our apricots from Saxon in Valais and mash them ready for the fermentation process in Gunzwil. They are distilled at our premises around two months later. The distilled drink is then stored and matured for several months in wooden barrels.
The well-balanced and full-bodied liqueur has a delightful fruity flavour that makes it a joy to drink.
