Riesling x Sylvaner Marc

Riesling x Sylvaner is a white wine grape variety originating from German-speaking Switzerland.
We use traditional methods to gently distil the pomace using our steam distilling equipment, before storing it for several years.

The marc has a classic fresh and fruity flavour.
